Terms of Service

These terms cover the use of norcal.devournow.com and the services DevourNow describes on it. Placing an order or signing an agreement with DevourNow is governed by that agreement; where the two conflict, your signed agreement controls.

Services

DevourNow provides restaurant websites, local SEO, brand photo and video production, and related digital growth services, scoped and priced per engagement as described on this site or in a separate proposal.

Pricing and commitment

Website and local SEO for a single location is billed monthly at the rate published on this site, with a 12-month minimum partnership. Content production and Digital Growth or Enterprise services are scoped and quoted individually and may carry their own terms, set out in writing before work begins.

Payment

Monthly fees are billed in advance. Late or failed payment may pause active work until resolved.

Cancellation

Either party may end the partnership after the minimum term with written notice, per the terms of the signed agreement. Work already delivered (websites, content, completed reports) remains the restaurant's to keep; ongoing services stop at the end of the notice period.

Content and ownership

Photos, video and website assets DevourNow produces for a restaurant become that restaurant's property once paid in full, except for DevourNow's own tools, templates and internal processes, which remain ours.

No guaranteed rankings

Search rankings and traffic depend on factors outside our control, including competitors, platform algorithm changes and market conditions. We report results honestly every month, but we don't guarantee a specific ranking or revenue outcome.

Liability

DevourNow isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our services, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision.
