Website & local SEO · Santa Rosa

Mi Pueblo

One connected presence — from the first search to direct ordering.

The focus

Built the website. Found the guest.

Mi Pueblo already had photos and video from their own team — this case is about what we built around them: the website, the local search structure and the ordering path, not new production.

Photography and video for Mi Pueblo were provided by the restaurant. We enhanced image quality with AI upscaling and color correction — no new photo or video shoot was part of this engagement.

Challenge

Replace a fragmented guest journey with one clear and consistent restaurant website — without a new content shoot.

What we built

A conversion-led website, local search foundations and a direct-ordering path, built around the restaurant's existing photos and video.

Outcome

The site now brings in 70+ visitors a day from Google — guests can discover, understand and order from the restaurant with less friction.

Google search snapshot · September 2026

A tougher category, told straight.

Mi Pueblo competes in Mexican food — one of the most saturated categories in Santa Rosa, with 30+ established places, many carrying 500–3,000+ reviews. That's a different fight than a low-competition niche, and the results reflect it honestly.

Captured directly from Google, September 2026. Mi Pueblo holds a real, unbranded position once a query narrows to "downtown" — but hasn't broken into the broad "best of" rotation in a category this crowded yet. That's the honest starting point, and exactly what ongoing local SEO work is for.

Extended analysis · Search Console & Clarity

Steady, real growth in a crowded category.

Mexican food in Santa Rosa is a saturated category (see the search snapshot above), so growth here comes from newer, more specific pages rather than one big homepage win. Happy Hour, Catering and Taco Tuesday — each a page that didn't exist before — went from 0 clicks to 6, 3 and 3 respectively in the last 28 days. Small numbers, but each one is a query the site couldn't answer at all before.
